No.18 - Waterline Apartment

Everything very clean and uncluttered and we loved the crisp white bedding. The decor was neutral and pleasing and we loved that the old cast iron support pillar of the original building was incorporated in the modern decor of the apartment. The shower room was modern and the shower easy to use. The entrance to the building was initially quite challenging to find. There were two of us but had I been alone, I wouldn't have been very happy with the very quiet location for walking home alone. But we would definitely use Stays again but maybe not that particular apartment for this reason alone. Two more comments: It was a bit cold one of the nights. An extra bed cover would have been appreciated. Also, the check-in time is quite late at 16.00 and breaks up the afternoon and the check-out time, 10:00 quite early. When you are visiting for just a weekend, this can limit your choices.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was beautiful and spotless, we felt right at home! We will definitely stay again and will be recommending to any friends and family who wish to visit York!

IComfortable Practice and clean. This appartement don't have vacuum cleaner. Sure I'll be back. It's a great pleasure when I'm in York.

I stay here for a week. The place is located near city centre but also very in quiet zone. The nearest supermarket is only 3 minutes walk so, very convenient. The room is lovely, river view is nice. The bed is comfy. It’s hard to find a perfect room to stay in York during this high season, however, Molly is really kind and helpful. Thank you for this nice experience with StaysYork. I would more than happy to recommend this for my friends if they come to York.

My girlfriend and I stay here for 1.5 months, and we’d love to come back in the future. Perfect location in town and also very quiet. The grocery store is only a short walk away. Great place for a long stay for two people; more than that and it might get cramped. We absolutely loved it. We’ve been to York before so we thought this location would be ideal, and it turned out even better than expected! Highly recommend.

My second stay at Cocoa Suites this time in the Waterline apartment. Cosy apartment ideal for 2 people but could fit 4, wonderfully clean and tidy, great stay.

A beautiful location right in the middle of the river, furnished well and very comfortable, perfect for the two of us. Great location for the city center which is only a short walk away. Had all the amenities that we needed. Certainly a great base for a fantastic week in York. It is along way from the entrance to the suites to the apartment, so if you have a bit to carry take a trolley. There is no parking space but you can unload outside for 30 minutes for free. For a short cut into the city there is a walkway on the side of the building (runs above the apartments windows). Book it and try it for yourself, you will not regret it.

Amazing cosy apartment in York perfectly equipped for short or long term stays. Would definitely recommend to stay there. 😊
