Cocoa Suites 3 - York city centre studio (with parking)

Modern compact suite with useful facilities such as combination washing machine/dryer; oven/microwave, four plate hob burner. Good security system within flat and the allocated parking area. Overall the accommodation was clean and well presented. More attention from cleaning firm would rectify areas not up to standard such as:- dusty utensils on worktop, dusty fire protection equipment, used tissues under bed, bed cabinet dusty in bottom of recess area where bed folds up, (long pillow fell in there and it was covered in thick dust). Condensation and mould build up on windows. It wasn't difficult to clean up these areas on arrival but not something we expected to have to do.

3 cocoa suite is a lovely place to stay in York. It is close to all amenities, lovely restaurants, pubs and shops.. The Christmas market was vibrant and festive.... This was our second stay ..We will be back...

Great location - easy to walk into the city, or with the added bonus of parking - drive to other places. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and had everything I needed - peace, quiet, comfy bed, soft white towels, cosy atmosphere. The apartment is well decorated and maintained, safe and secure. Very good! I loved the little goodie bag, and an extra shout out for the excellent instructions on checking in, checking out, and local places to visit/eat and drink. Thank you! For me, as a solo traveller, it was perfect. I'd be very happy to stay again. And I would recommend the apartment and the Cocoa Suites apartment block.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Suites. The appointment was clean and well located with good parking close by. We can't comment on the value for money as the break was a birthday present.

Beautiful apartment, clean ,tidy, all the amenities and very clear and thorough Instructions from arriving, staying and departing . Fabulous location. Parking is an absolute bonus and secure. Will definitely return again, we LOVED our stay here . Thank you 😊

The apartment is ideally situated to walk into the town. Very clean and tidy. Very quite. Very secure. Would definitely use again.

The location was brilliant. The room was safe and clean. Only few annoying things were that from the emails and the hand book it said we needed a permit for the car and needed to do.it 25 minutes from arrival. we then started panicking because we couldn't find it so I had todo call the out of hours number to ask about it. To which we were told that we didn't need one and does it automatically. So I suggest you need to change that in your emails and online and your contract which is actually the important part as it's false information that you are agreeing to pay for something that's not our fault. Bed was small but soft. The oven and hob didn't work as explained in the handy book so we couldn't even cook the food we had bought for holiday which was disappointing so our food ran out of date. So I suggest you need to explain it better. I also recommend explaining better where you park in the car park better. It doesn't state that we needed to go into the actual multistory car park. So we were driving round for ages trying to work out where the number 4 parking space was. Over all the stay was ok. They need to change there explanation better and also change there contract and the information provided on the parking permit.

Excellent modern apartment short 5 minute walk from town centre of York. Dedicated secure car parking for duration of stay. Highly recommended.

ill be returning, a lovely place to stay, everything that you would ever need was there, lovely and clean. the property was fantastic everything you would ever need was there private parking was a bonus

Lovely accommodation close to all sites and a variety of good restaurants. Convenient situation, short walk to all sites and good facilities- parking included.

Super comfy well located room. Location was amazing. We came by car and left it in the parking lot. We did everything on foot. The room was super clean and comfy and you can tell someone took time to make it nice for the guests.

Location, cleanliness, parking, property certainly had the wow factor. Wonderful location for a lovely stay in York would easily recommend.

The wardrove in this room is a bit small. It is a bit complicate to go in with so many codes. Furthernore, I did not receive them the firs day

Beautiful flat, with everything you need! Modern, clean and a great location. I was very comfortable during my 1 month stay. Comments/Recommendations: 1. Need clear instructions for the washer/dryer. All foreigners are not familiar with the combo washer/dryers. 2. Hot water runs out before 2 showers back to back are complete.
