The living area offers the flexibility to have the wall mounted double bed down or easily put up for increased space for relaxing with seating for 3.

The shower room is fully tiled throughout and features a luxurious walk in wet room style shower. The apartment doesn't offer parking but you can park right outside the development for £15 for a full 24 hour period.

Quiet and close to everything

Quiet place, beautiful views of the river and walking distance to everything. Has its own washing machine and has some amenities to be comfy and feel like home. It doesnt have a coffee machine and drawers to store clothes

I love the Cocoa Suites. Small but perfectly formed as they say. Go out the front door and it is an easy stroll to work, out the back and you are moments from the middle of stunning York. If I was to make a suggestion or two... perhaps a drawer to put stuff in and some thing to stop the pillows disappearing down the back of the bed. Still love it and would go back in a heartbeat.

I previously stayed in the Cocoa Loft and then moved to No 9 due to lengthening my stay. After staying in the Cocoa Loft I was disappointed with No 9. The layout was very different and the sofa was different to the pictures - not a huge problem. The studio was in good condition although the heating wasn't working. However, Chris/Rachel from Stays York ensured the heating was fixed the next day and were very helpful. No 9 wasn't laid out the same as the Cocoa Suite because it was a different shape. However, it wasn't as cosy and didn't have the same facilities e.g. no iron/ironboard etc. There was only one mirror in the studio (apart from the bathroom) with no plugs near it so drying hair etc was a little difficult. There were no plugs around the table either which for me was a problem as I was working and had laptop/printer. I would be ok with staying for a couple of days in this apartment but not for a few weeks.
