This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house, ideally placed in York, in a quite street yet only moments away from the City Centre. From the entrance you then have a fabulous kitchen diner with a well equipped kitchen for preparing your holiday breakfast or evening meal. There is a dining table which easily seats 6 people, this is coupled with a lovely log burner and seats either side of the fireplace. A perfect place to join together as a family. There is also a small yard at the back for those warmer evenings. In addition to this there is also a downstairs cloakroom.
On the first floor there is a beautiful living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, whether enjoying a film on the flat screen or having a good catch up over a glass of wine, it is a perfect place for friends and family to gather together for the evening. On this floor there is also a bathroom complete with a roll top bath and stand alone shower.
Moving to the second floor there are two lovely bright bedrooms, both with king-size beds and plenty of space for getting ready for exploring during the day and wining and dining in the evening. No need for cars or taxis as you are so close to everything. There is also another bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor.
Moving on to the top floor you have the perfect escape for the younger members of the family. It has two full size single beds, a sofa with a flat screen tv and even a table and chairs - if you need somewhere to escape to for the quieter moments, or if you need to work.
Whether family or friends, this wonderful York town house provides a fantastic place from which to enjoy exploring the City, which is just on your doorstep. Or you can just enjoy spending time in the house, with it's history, quirky artwork on the wall and great spaces for eating, sleeping and catching up. It's just a great property to spend time in together. Using the York Council Car Park Permit that is provided, you can park up, leave the car and explore. Nothing is too far away, from the Ackhorne Pub, a matter of steps away (serves a superb Sunday Lunch), York Minster or the world famous York Racecourse - everything is only a short distance away.

Extremely spacious, cozy, and immaculately clean, High-end fixtures and appliances. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Close to shops Downtown York is just a short 5 minute walk. Stayed here with family for over 1 month. Wished we could stay forever.

We stayed here for two months following a water leak in our own house. This property is well presented, very comfortable and superbly located. Thoroughly recommend the pub next door and you are ideally situated for all things York . Although you cant park outside we didnt ever have an issue finding a space in the allocated area. Great place and great location . Thank you

Truly characterful, spacious house in great location. Central for everything in York , yet quiet and peaceful. The house is tastefully furnished, spacious and well equipped. Stays efficiency and professionalism is second to none. No hesitation in recommending the property or the agency. Will be using again

The house was beautifully decorated, lots to look at and to talk about with the kids. Facilities were brilliant and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Location was outstanding.
