A lovely 3 bedroom house located just a short walk from York Minster and the city centre. This comfortable property has 2 double bedrooms, both fitted with comfortable double beds and a further twin room with 2 original brass beds. The main bathroom has a lovely roll top bath and also a great walk in fully tiled shower. There is also a separate toilet and sink just next to the main bathroom. The kitchen has a range cooker with gas hob and also a fridge freezer with a breakfast bar overlooking the outside area. There is also a separate utility room with a washer dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
The property has a lovely dining room with seating for six, ideal for lazy breakfasts and perfect for those family and friend evening meals after a full day exploring York.
The bright reception room at the front of the house has a bay window letting in lots of light, with two comfortable sofas to sink into and a large screen smart TV it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay!

A really enjoyable stay at No25. Easy walking distance to the City of York (15 minutes tops). The house was in lovely condition and had everything you would need for an enjoyable and relaxing Easter break with family and friends. Would love to return.

As a group of 4 we arrived at the door. A birthday to celebrate what is in store. A beautiful home. So warm and clean. Cosy and Christmassy, the nicest we have seen. The beds so comfy and pillows too. Plenty of room and access to the loo. A well equipped kitchen room. A brisk cold walk to the sound of Minster Bells, Shopping, Cocktails, Meals out, lots to tell! To end our stay we woke to snow - It made us feel quite sad to go. Thank you for letting us share your lovely home. We have had a lovely weekend.

Amazing house! Visited for graduation celebrations and we were very happy with the stay. Lovely Victorian home with great styling. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was great too.

We have loved out stay at Number 25. What a beautiful house! It really felt like staying in someone’s much loved home rather than in a holiday house at all. The furnishings and decoration have been so thoughtfully done – everywhere we looked there was something interesting! It was a great base for exploring York and a treat to see the sun rising over the Minster in the mornings.

We had the most fabulous 3 days.

Thank you we have had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. It is warm and welcoming and spotless! Love your good taste in decor, the mix of old and new is just right and adds interest to the period property. All beds were comfy and it is very well equipped. We came to York to celebrate Christmas with our son and his girlfriend. The house was perfect, Christmas hamper and Christmas decorations. With tree and all! Everythihg was clean and well laid out, very well furnished too. The kitchen is also very well supplied with crockery and kitchen utensils. Perhaps including weighing scales would be an idea! Otherwise all is good. I hope all our guests will take good care of the house.
