Welcome to Out of Office @ Ryedale House - A wonderfully presented 2 bedroom property that's just perfect for that getaway from the workplace.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking onsite. Out of Office sits on the 4th floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.

With touches of interior design throughout, every aspect has been carefully thought through to give you the perfect space to unwind in. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area together with a wall mounted Smart TV. The apartment can sleep up to 6 with a fold out bed stored in the cupboard that can be used in any of the rooms to suit your needs.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can seat 6 for dinner.

The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, wall mounted TV and also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and a bath with shower overhead. The second bedroom of the apartment features a double bed with a single sofa bed to accommodate the occasional extra guest. This bedroom also has an ensuite complete with a walk in shower. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.

The apartment also has the added benefit of an allocated, secure car park space onsite.

The apartment was lovely, exactly how the pictures show it. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of hanging space and fans in both bedrooms. Excellent location and private parking was a bonus.
