Welcome to Skyview Retreat - A fantastic example of a 2 bedroom apartment that’s at the very pinnacle of holiday let properties in the city.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. Skyview Retreat sits on the 5th floor and offers skyline views over parts of the city and a great view of open skies over the rooftops of York to the distant Howardian Hills. The property benefits from full, professional interior design throughout and does not fail to impress.

The tech savvy will no doubt be impressed by the lightening quick fibre WiFi that offers typical download speeds of 600Mbps and upload speeds of 100Mbps. The TV is an LG OLED 55" smart TV with logged in service for Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer and all catch up services plus Freeview.
