The spacious ground floor of the property has a great living room with sofas to sink into whilst watching TV or just catching up in front of the wood burning stove. There is a further sitting room, which also has a wood burning stove to settle down in front of and doors that lead out into 0.5 acres of walled garden..
In addition to this the property also boasts a study, so should you need to work whilst you are away, you can do so in comfort, with a desk to sit at and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy in the winter. There is also a mall library with books and games to suit all ages. A small wc can also be found on the ground floor just off the hall.

The heart of the downstairs is the kitchen/diner. With its oil fired range cooker it is definitely a pleasure to be in and will provide a gathering point when you want to cook up a sumptuous meal or holiday breakfast treat. You will have everything you need here, including a large fridge freezer and large freezer, Delonghi coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer plus a microwave. The dining table, which can seat everyone at the same time, is the perfect finishing touch to this great family kitchen.

Moving to the first floor you will find the master bedroom complete with a super king bed. There is also the addition of a fantastic en-suite bathroom which comprises both a walk in shower and a copper bath, where you have a fantastic view that you can relax into whilst soaking in luxury!
There are then three further bedrooms, one with a super king, one with a double bed and the third is a single bed.
There is also a house bathroom on this floor with a large walk in shower, toilet and sink.

The staircase then leads to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a super king. Both bedrooms have fabulous views of the gardens and the spectacular countryside beyond.
There is a further Bathroom on this floor to serve the two bedrooms, it has a good sized walk in shower, hand basin and toilet

Outside to the rear of the property the kitchen opens up to a patio and a fantastic west-facing walled garden. There is garden furniture making it a great area for you all to relax, it is also the perfect space for children and pets to run around freely and safely. Situated in the garden is a large, detached orangery. It has a wood burning stove and underfloor heating so it can be used all year round as a fantastic area to all get together for inside/outside dining. The table seats up to 12 people, so plenty of space for all. The Orangery also has a GPS Telescope (Meade LX90 Schmidt-Cassegrain Autostar) so why not enjoy this and gaze into the Milky Way.
