Beautiful apartment in a peaceful location but only 5 mins walk into town! We had a wonderful week here in York visiting family and all the usual sites and loved this apartment. It was everything we needed and in a beautiful location next to the river foss! Will definitely be coming back to this apartment again in the future as we loved it so much!

We had an amazing few days, the property was gorgeous, clean and modern. Close to everything. Would definitely book with stays again, communication was great and so helpful. Highly recommend them.

Perfect location for visiting York - a short walk to the city centre, and a lovely cosy place if you’re not so lucky with the weather (complete with a projector!). Would highly recommend, it felt like great value for money, and we loved being able to watch the ducks swim by the window.

We stayed here for 4 nights to visit all the usual York sights (Shambles, York Minster, Clifford’s Tower, Railway Museum) and they are all walkable from the apartment, the furthest away was the railway museum which took about 20 mins but everything else was 5-10 mins away. Really great location. We parked our car in the Shambles Q-Park as recommended by Stays when we messaged to ask, it was £88 for the entire stay and you could leave and come back as many times as you liked. Honestly the fanciest car park I’ve ever been to and right next door with a footbridge across the river. The apartment was great, really clean and comfortable with everything you need for a few days away, loved the quiet location. It was really warm when we arrived but opened the windows and used the fan provided and it cooled down ok (no air con that we could find). Great projector which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend, we had a lovely trip and part of that was thanks to this apartment.

Had a lovely time in York! The studio apartment was easy to find and we were sent clear instructions. The apartment itself was very stylish and clean! We loved the little York welcome pack. The town centre was less than 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous accommodation - clean, comfortable and well equipped (although the fridge is a little noisy at night). Great location and just a short walk to York city centre. Excellent customer service.

Lovely little apartment in the perfect spot. Everything we wanted to do was just a short walk away. Nice quiet area with a lovely view right outside the window. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. If we were to stay in York this is where we would definitely stay again.

The team at Stays made the whole experience hassle free, I appreciated them getting in touch before check in and also responding to me fairly promptly with an out of hours question. The apartment was very comfortable and well presented, and a great location. When we come back to York we will be booking with them again.

Amazing place to stay if you want to explore York with plenty of historical pubs, quality resturaunts and amazing attractions no more than a 15 minite walk away. absolutely loved it, would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great apartment with everything you need. Location is an easy 5 - 10 minute walk into the centre but there are lots of bars and restaurants close by in Fossgate. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great 5-8 min walk from the centre! Lovely and clean with a gorgeous view of the river. The host is lovely and responsive and we had a gorgeous trip in a lovely city thanks to this property.

Such a lovely place, very cosy and comfortable. Projector is a massive plus and really creates a relaxed atmosphere. Walk to town is about 10 mins and close by is a start to the city walls. Would recommend the stay to anyone. Thankyou!
