We enjoyed our stay at 49 The Walk. The apartment is comfy and spacious, and also quite quiet despite the location, because it is on the top floor. The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment is near Micklegate bar, and therefore not far from the town centre at all. The only small thing was that the heating seemed to be on one night so it got too warm! But overall a very enjoyable stay, and strongly recommended.

Would definitely stay here again, lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Situated in a great location. A bonus with the parking included too.
Great apartment in a very noisy location

The apartment is fantastic value for money. The beds are comfortable and it is close to town. Bad points - it is located on a very busy road and is very noisy with traffic and drunks into the early hours so make sure you have ear plugs!

The flat was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need to make a proper meal and had plenty of worktop. The view from the large windows in the lounge were lovely in the morning. The owners replied to my messages straight away and were helpful. There was a lovely welcome box of snacks which was a nice extra. The flat was a great location. About a 10 min walk to the centre of work and very close to the nearest shop and pub. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
