Andrew of the Stays York staff was very accommodating in providing a heater for the first floor back bedroom as the radiator there was not working. He also ordered a plumber to attend the morning after we arrived to try to rectify the issue. When we had booked, months in advance, we were informed that there was one residentÂ’s parking permit that came with the stay. However, this had lapsed by the time we were staying. Again Stays York were very accommodating with their solution to this. My family had a wonderful break indeed using the recommendations provided in the property to visit pubs etc.

Very nice property , would stay again , the only things we need to report are the heating was difficult to control, the ironing board was broken only had one leg on it even tho it was in cupboard no one had seen that it need replacing, could do with an outside light in garden as we had a dog with us and it was very dark and it would of been nice if there was logs and kindling etc to light the log fire .
