Lovely apartment. Fantastic location. Having Netflix and Iplayer already set up was a nice touch.

Really nice stay, it was clean and comfortable. Good location as within easy walking distance to York. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great!

Superb apartment, good value for money, and highly recommend! When we arrived at the apartment we was impressed by how well kept and presented it was. The apartment is well furnished and has everything we needed for our holiday. In the bedroom, there is decent storage space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom makes the most of a small space. In the lounge, there is a television with complimentary Netflix and nice furnishings, including a comfy sofa and stylish dining table with four chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our week away. Also, the Wi-Fi at the property was reliable and seemed quick. The apartment is located in an accessible location and the places you will want to visit are a short walk from the apartment (e.g. the Shambles and York Minster are a 10-15 minutes walk away). When we stayed, the local area appeared to be quiet and safe. The car park is secured with a barrier and we felt comfortable leaving the car there and walking around the city. Plus, free parking is a bonus with the expensive cost of local parking! Overall, we certainly felt like we got good value for money and the apartment had everything we needed for our break. We would recommend it to friends and family, and we would consider renting it again when we return to York.

Perfect and quiet location. Close to the city centre with private and secure parking. New property that was tastefully furnished and deceptively spacious. Great location for exploring York without having to drive anywhere. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Great location and the complex has only recently been developed so everything was nice and new, lovely decor. Private secure parking was a great benefit. The apartment was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply delightful. The apartment was very comfortable and welcoming - a new building with fresh interior design, free secure parking, local snacks to sample on arrival, Netflix account, great bed and other small extras such as underfloor heating in the bathroom that makes it feel especially lavish.
