The apartment sleeps up to four guests, with a beautifully appointed double bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. For families travelling with little ones, a travel cot is available free of charge.

The living room is warm and inviting, with a stylish dining area and a sofa that converts into a full-sized double bed. On the same level, you’ll find a convenient WC/cloakroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need- full sized fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle and a complete set of crockery and cutlery- whether you’re preparing a cosy dinner or just a quick breakfast.

Step outside your door and you’ll find Partisan Bistro, the perfect spot for freshly baked pastries and coffee or even a leisurely breakfast. York’s award-winning restaurants, historic pubs and vibrant bars are just a short stroll away. STAYS YORK Replied:

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We apologise about the short notice before arrival and the condition of the apartment — that’s not the experience we want guests to have. We also apologise for the cleanliness issue and for the heating not working properly, especially as we know how uncomfortable it must have been to be so cold. Our maintenance team will be checking the heating to make sure it’s working as it should. We appreciate you letting us know and are sorry your stay did not meet expectations. We hope to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances. Kind regards, Stays York
