Warm, cosy apartment which is in ideal location in centre of York. Very well equipped & welcome box was a lovely touch. Great location- central to everything. Comfortable, well equipped apartment.

Absolutely FAB-U-U-LOUS!! Would definitely return to York and stay at 12 Stonegate - no hesitation. It was so easy to do - just turned up at Stays York, and the keys were handed to us. We were also told how to access the main entrance door from the street using the key fob.

Excellent, would definitely book again. The location was excellent. The apartment was well maintained, clean, well equipped and secure. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. The sound of The Minster, especially on Sunday, was lovely.

Had a great few days in York, already planning our next visit. Loved the location, would definitely recommend it. Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, suited us three pals to perfection, having coffee in the morning out on the terrace in the sunshine listening to the chimes from York Minster. So handy for restaurants, shopping etc.

EVERYTHING ...COULD NOT FAULT MORE THAN A HOME FROM HOME....SO CLEAN LUXURIOUS SPACIOUS WITH TOTAL COMFORT IN MIND LOVED ESPECIALLY THE BOOKS AND GAMES THE OWNERS HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT ...
