Welcome to your exclusive getaway in the heart of historic York. Perfectly positioned in a prime city centre location, this stunning 4-bedroom holiday home offers effortless access to the city’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and iconic landmarks – all just steps from your door.
The owners have fully refurbished the property in 2025 with no expense spared to create a beautifully designed space with both comfort and style in mind.
The property sleeps up to 9 guests across four spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or special celebrations.
The ground floor of the house features the kitchen complete with range cooker, central island and coffee machine. There’s also a very handy utility space off this too. There is a wc located on this floor for convenience. The dining area has a real ‘wow’ factor complete with feature wall, a large wall mounted Smart TV and dining table. Off this room is a separate bar area – the perfect spot to kick-start an evening or wind down after a day exploring.
Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find the living room, complete with large wall mounted Smart TV. A luxurious super king size bedroom can also be found on this floor with shower ensuite and also a wonderful free standing bath in it’s own room off the bedroom.
On to the second floor, there are 2 further bedrooms. One super king and one double. The super king comes with a wall mounted TV and a handy walk in wardrobe space. There’s a fold down sofa bed in this room to accommodate the occasional extra guest. There is a shower ensuite that’s also accessible via the hallway. The double room contains a feature bed plus a shower ensuite.
In the attic room there are comfortable twin beds perfect for youngsters.
You can stay connected throughout your stay with high-speed, Starlink satellite WiFi, and enjoy the rare luxury of allocated onsite parking for one car, right in the city centre.
