Feedback on my stay at the studio

The studio was comfortable and well laid out, with a large bathroom, a good sofa, and a nice amount of space overall. However, the plumbing needs attention, as the water in the sink drained very slowly. In addition, both the oven and the microwave were not working, which caused a significant inconvenience, especially during Christmas lunch. Although a temporary microwave was later provided (which I appreciated), this issue had a considerable impact on my stay. I would also like to mention that the chairs were unstable and wobbly, which is an important safety and comfort concern. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration. Kind regards, Gabriel

Many thanks for your feedback.
I apologise for the issues you have raised that affected your stay. The plumbing and chair issues have been raised with the maintenance team to investigate further. In regards to the oven/microwave, this has since been replaced however I apologise again that this was not able to have been fixed during your stay.
Beautiful apartment in great location

10 Cocoa Suites is a beautiful modern studio apartment. It is situated within the city walls and just a short walk from York centre, close to many lovely bars and restaurants, despite the location the apartment is very quiet. Inside it is very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All fittings and finishes are modern and well cared for. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.
