Well located but can be noisy

Well located and gorgeous flat. The main issue was noise, as it is not well insulated from noise outside (noise from the kitchen staff from the pub opposite smashing the bins until midnight) and from the flat below (could hear the couple being intimate), so although the bed is comfy not ideal to get a good night sleep.

Excellent apartment in York

We booked the Falcon 8 for two nights for our wedding anniversary. The apartment itself was immaculate and well stocked. Location fantastic - walking distance to city centre. The best part however is the customer service. The team in the office were so kind and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags. Also able to do it on the day we checked out. Truly recommend. Dont bother with Airbnb! Thanks guys!

Unit was easy to find and very clean. It was exactly as pictured. The location was excellent close to all the attractions but still quiet at night. Throughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment in a great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only issue was the walls being very thin and a courtyard being just outside the bedroom window meant that some groups returning from night out on Saturday were noisy.

Stayed for 3rd time last time flat 6 was dirty - this time flat 8 immaculate. very clean comfortable and essentials such as bin liner washing up liquid sponge etc great quality. No complaints at all

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This apartment was very well located in York. It was clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable the pillows were too. The kitchen had everything you would need should you wish to cook. The bathroom is small but the shower was a good size and the towels big and soft. A nice touch was the small starter welcome bag which had chocolate, biscuits, tea, coffee bags and milk sachets. We had one small issue with the key safe which was difficult to open but once we got into the apartment everything else was good to make our stay a memorable one.
