Welcome to The Dukes Townhouse. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of York City Centre, which is only a 5 minute's walk away, sat in a leafy street in York. This beautiful Victorian Townhouse has recently been renovated into 5 fabulous 1 bedroom apartments. Upon entering through the front door you are immediately drawn in via the beautiful hallway, with both original York stone floors and staircase. You will find The Parlour situated on the second floor. This beautiful apartment has been sensitively refurbished to a very high standard. The bedroom is a luxury retreat to return to after being out and about in York, with a luxury wet room coupled with underfloor heating to complement this.
