The main living area features luxury, white Italian leather sofas and large Smart TV with complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment. The dining area can seat 5 for dinner. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom is a huge space features a zip and link bed that can be set as a super king or a twin. There's also a wall mounted TV and high quality fold out sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. This bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with over head shower.
The second bedroom of the apartment features a double bed and TV. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.
A second bathroom can be found in the hallway of the apartment complete with a walk in shower.

Excellent location, very modern spacious property. Perfect for us with 2 adult children and great that the bedroom can be used as a king size or split into 2 single beds which was what we required and so often not available. Well equipped with good quality linen and utensils. So pleased we chose this property and we will be rebooking for future visits to York for sure. Excellent communications from rental property and very clear instructions given for our stay.

The location with a dedicated parking space was ideal for a short break. It was a 5 min walk to York city centre with local eateries, pubs and shops close by. A great flat comfortably taken 5 adults which excellent views of Clifford's tower. I would recommend to anyone especially as it was cheaper than the Travelodge down the street.

The property was fabulous and fitted to a very high specification. Spacious, superb location and a very comfortable stay. As soon as you arrive you feel the quality within the lobby.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quality property
