In the main living area you will find a wall mounted LCD 55 inch smart TV for your viewing pleasure. One of the benefits of the property is the external balcony with seating for four people. This can be accessed via the floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors in the lounge area.

Behind the main living area there is a dining table to seat for dinner. A stylish, contemporary kitchen can also be found in this area along with all the amenities you’d expect at a property of this standard.

The downstairs area features the two bedrooms. The first of which can be set either as a super king or twin beds upon request.The second bedroom features a double bed and also off this room there is a shower ensuite.

The main bathroom can be found off the hallway and features a walk in shower.

Externally there is a secure car park with allocated parking for one car. The parking space also comes with a charging point for an electric car.

Had a fantastic long weekend with Stays in York the weekend before Christmas.The city was very busy, as expected at this time of year, however the the property was in a wonderfully quiet location an easy 10 minute walk from the Minster via Monk bar. The modern and well presented property had everything we needed. The quite location was very welcome after a long day in the markets. I would not hesitate to recommend both this property and host and they will be top of our list when we are back in York.

A very nice, clean and modern apartment and an easy 5 minute walk from the city wall entrance. It's also a bonus to be able to securely park right outside for free. I would recommend.
