A well presented and cosy 2 bedroom property situated just a short walk from York city centre.
The property benefits from a lovely enclosed patio space at the rear with outdoor seating for 4 and just perfect for enjoying the summer evenings.
The lounge has comfortable seating for 3 with the TV having the added benefit of complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. In the kitchen you will find everything you could possibly require for your stay along with a dining area to seat 4 for dinner.
The upstairs of the property has a spacious double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space along with a light and airy single bedroom.
The house bathroom sits upstairs too and features a bath and also a separate walk in shower.
On street permit parking for 1 car included.
Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for the elderly or children under 5 years old due to the nature of the stairs.

The house was within walking distance of the city centre, ideal as there was parking. A well fitted & comfortable property had everything we needed for a three night stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood, and easy walk to the city center. Home had everything I needed, and the washer & dryer were nice to have for a three week stay.

The house was very cozy in a quiet street. Only a 15 minute walk to the city wall and Minster.
Everything that we could possibly need was in the house. Very well laid out with classy decor. Plenty of information about York which was useful.
I did alter the heating because the house did get warm very quickly. The heating seemed to be programmed to come on at 21 degrees at 4am…. I always woke up and had to turn it down. A minor problem that can be easily fixed.

Cosy and well equipped little house on a quiet street. Parking was easy with the provided permit - a space was always available never more than a few meters from the door.

We had a nice relaxing weekend - thank you. Clean and comfortable. Quiet street. Convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Nice to sit out in the small backyard. Local guidebooks and tourist leaflets and instructions on using equipment provided.

The house was very clean and confortable. With everything you need to spend a week exploring wonderful York and surrondings. It was apreciated they leave us two tablets for the dishwasher and also soap for the washing machine, enough for one week. They also have some guides and books about Yorkshire that I used to find places to visit, eat, etc. In general, a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. My only warning is the stairs, they are not long but they are very steep, not suitable for small kids or older people.

House was very clean with everything provided including cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The little dishwasher was excellent!
The house is small enough to be cosy but not too small so as to be crowded.
