This was the second time that we have stayed at this property and it was excellent again.

Beautiful apartment - felt very comfy and cosy and had everything we needed. It's a 1 minute walk to the city but feels very quiet and secure. A wonderful stay - and hamper treats very much appreciated!

The flat was absolutely perfect. Everything was as per the pictures. Very close to the city centre, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Having parking on site was good and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

It’s a perfect stay. The location is perfect, situated at the city centre. The parking slot is also a plus to the stay. The kitchen is well equipped and I love how the light comes through the skylight windows to the loft during daytime, making our stay so comfortable. The place is so quiet and and newly renovated. Highly recommended!

Location is great, with added bonus of private parking. So close to centre of York, literally 5minutes walk from the Minster. Lovely apartment with everything we could have wanted (and more). So comfortable, clean, modern with all amenities you could possibly need. Lovely touches from the owners - welcome hamper on arrival, and a hand written note from the owners with a welcome for us. Thank you so much, this made our visit to York special from the moment we arrived. We've visited York many times previously, but this apartment is without doubt at the top of our accommodations list. We will certainly look to book again on our next visit.

Fabulous apartment super handy for the Minster end of the city with private secure parking and all the mod cons. We chose the apartment as we wanted something with as many mod cons as home and a place close to the city centre. Apartment 11 didn’t disappoint. It felt good to be able to park inside a secure area and know we could come and go and still have a parking spot. The access was great with lift or stairs - just wish I’d seen the lift as we arrived instead of lugging everything up lots of stairs - no one to blame for that than myself! We loved the living and dining space and found the kitchen facilities were great to prepare food and stay in. The bathroom and shower facilities were great - the only thing we found was that on the final day it was much warmer in there so perhaps we hadn’t got the underfloor / towel rail heating quite right whilst we were there, but again we could have asked us it bothered us. The bedroom and dressing area were really well thought out and it was nice to close the dressing area off. We have a heat recovery system at home and can boost or leave it on low - even though there were instructions we did find the humming in the bedroom slightly annoying so again I think we didn’t have this quite right but obviously we slept well in-spite of it so didn’t enquire whilst we were there. The owners have pitched things really well as they also left a lovely little hamper which to be fair when you’re paying those prices is welcome so there is fresh coffee, a glass of fizz and a few treats. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Lovely and luxurious place to stay! Perfect location. There was secure parking. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Milk, sugar, tea etc. was provided along with a hamper or treats and a bottle of fizz. It was a real treat!
