Great choice.
Best location in York. You are right in the city centre, but without being exposed to the street noise. Building, apartment and comfort deserve top ratings (luxurious, comfortable). Excellent views.

Very Modern & Great Location. Very Modern, loved the underfloor heating, it was in a great location to walk into York Centre, with a fantastic view looking at Clifford’s Tower, (shame it had scaffolding over it) and free parking was good!

New, modern, comfortable, great location. Brand new building, very nicely finished apartment, very well thought-out, with all the facilities we needed and more e.g. induction cooker and BT TV, great riverside view and quiet location. Over the road from "Spark" - a street food hub full of amazing food options and independent businesses. A very easy into the heart of York. We would definitely come back here again!
