Welcome to York Heights @ Ryedale House - A stunning 2 bedroom property with incredible views over York Minster.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. The building benefits from secure allocated parking and an onsite concierge. Cityscape sits on the 6th floor and offers a dramatic views of York Minster and other landmarks across the city.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a seating area right in the corner of the room where you can take full advantage of relaxing with a coffee and taking in the view.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. There is a large island unit and bespoke worktop creating a sophisticated and contemporary living space.

The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating. The property also benefits from superfast fibre BT broadband.

The master bedroom features a super king size bed that can be split into twin beds upon request. The bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and spacious walk in shower.

The second bedroom of the apartment features a king size bed. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.

The apartment also has the added benefit of an allocated car park space onsite.

Overall, very good and very pleased we chose this accomodation. Location was superb with secure parking. Flat itself was lovely, very clean, spacious and modern and compared to other properties in the area, to me the value vs what was on offer was excellent. Would recommend and stay again and liked the touch of a welcome gift, thank you. My improvements which is better suited than a negative left for no other reason than for the company to perhaps use as constructive feedback for future guests, although appreciate one of these is perhaps out of control on a new build appartment. No locks on either bathroom/shower doors (maybe not allowed, not sure?). For many i dare say not an issue, for families with young children, locks give you your 10 minutes peace to unwind in the bath/shower undisturbed. Tele was on occasion temperamental, each night it froze. Solution was off at the wall then restart. Easy fix, just a niggle. Finally although the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the duvets were very warm coupled with a new, well insulated build. Maybe the options of a summer and winter duvet in the roomsÂ….But again, picky but feedback nonetheless.
