The property occupies a corner position on the building which aids this.

The dining area can seat 4 for dinner and backs onto the stylish living area with comfortable seating and large LCD TV. There is also a high quality sofa bed that can accommodate the occasional extra guest. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table.The bedroom also benefits from having USB sockets near the bed and high quality carpet.

Not suitable for seniors with limited technical know how.
Had great difficulty getting into the building. Were helped by a lovely couple who had the same problem themselves.Information was incorrect given by Stays York. Similar problem with the car park. Shower was difficult to use and the TV didnt work at all. Bedroom was comfortable although rather small. Kitchen was well equipped.
Brilliant - Would recommend
Stayed for a couple of nights for our wedding anniversary. The apartment was brilliant. A fantastic size, good sized bedroom, living room was well equipped along with the kitchen. The corner room, with the wrap around windows provided a lovely view onto the river side. Parking was really useful, especially with the overpriced car parks dotted around the city. This was safe and enclosed within the complex. Was slightly disappointed that a modern apartment building didn't have air conditioning. We stayed during the heatwave of May and the apartment reached 31c+. We did have fans however this just moved around hot air. The large window/door opening in the living room was nice, but didn't help with the temperature. Over all a wonderful stay, brilliant home from home feel. Will be booking again!!
A gem in the heart of york
An absolutely perfect stay! The riverside location is stunning and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Clean, well-situated, and easily the best place weve stayed in York. We will definitely be back.
