Location of this property is excellent, walking distance of train station. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. Like that it was gated and there is a parking space for your apartment, hard to find in a city. Great shower with plenty of space to move around. Would definitely like to return to this accomodation.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Very quiet and comfortable. One observation would be, in the colder months, the heating should be turned on much earlier prior to guests arriving as it took a long time for the apartment to warm up and the heating instructions could be clearer. That said, Stays York were very helpful and made every effort to help us when we called them, even asking a member of staff to visit the apartment to help understand the heating. I would recommend the apartment and I would recommend Stays York

Apartment had everything we needed. Comfy bed, a great shower, good wifi and was very well equipped. Apartment & parking is in a gated complex and we appreciated the secure, allocated parking. Although very central the actual location is quiet and we slept very well. A minor issue ~ it was a very cold day when we arrived and we felt cold in the apartment for a fair while until the heating reached a higher temperature ~ maybe the thermostat could be left a few degrees higher than 13 during the winter months to accommodate new arrivals & give a better first impression. Communication with Stays York was excellent from start to finish. Our first time using this company but we have already made another booking with them for next year!

A very comfortable apartment, it had everything you could want and more. Nice being in a gated development as very safe, but a slight problem gaining access at first as I was trying to use the wrong fob. It was great for access to the Station and Buses and an easy walk into the City. We had originally booked for 7 days but found so much to do around York that extended the stay to 10 days. Only problem we had was having the shower on too full the first day that the bathroom floor flooded. I would highly recommend this property

Stayed at Twenty Seven HQ in York for a week, a lovely comfortable apartment with parking, close to the city for all attractions and lots of great places to eat, also close to the railway station if you are travelling by train.

Excellent property in a good location, only negative was to gain access by car the directions we were given were a little misleading and took us to the wrong building and had to ask for directions . Would definitely return.

The apartment is great, in an awesome location with free parking. The only extra missing was maybe a small bottle of milk, although there was a small bag provided with a few extras for the morning coffee. Really clean, you can it's looked after by the owner.

Perfect stay in this well equiped appartment! Only it was only difficult to find the right entrance (right barrier) and right building because there are three [King, Victoria and Waverly]. All part of Hudson Quarter. We will definitely come back!!

Excellent location: hard to better, especially since it has parking (the space could be more clearly labelled - foliage covered the number which was hard to find anyway - another what.3.words location needed on the info sheet?). Lovely apartment, had everything it needed. Suspect high summer could be rather hot, given the windows don't open all the way, but there are fans. Ideal for a short stay - would equally work for a week. For York, good vfm.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was in a good location, around 15 minutes walk to Shambles area, Minster etc. The area felt safe in a gated community with security. The parking was great also. The apartment is fairly compact, which was fine for us, although the bathroom and shower were a good size. Using the kitchen maybe a little hard if wanting to prepare any food from scratch, as the counter space is very limited, even the microwave was turned sideways to make a little more space. I think the welcome pack was a little underwhelming, it was basically the same as staying in a hotel room, some sachets of teas/coffees/milk and some biscuits. Overall we would recommend this apartment, especially if you are planning to mostly eat out while in York.

This is an apartment in an absolutely perfect location as so much is within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose it. We parked our car in the allocated space and did not use it for the duration of our visit. The apartment is well-appointed for those staying for a longer period of time. Not too sure why the mirrors in the bathroom are only for tall people as I could only see the top of my head but it was fine for my husband who is taller. There was a great welcome pack of items from Yorkshire companies - it had the most scrumptious chocolate bar. We would definitely book again.

This apartment is in Hudson Quarter, a new development just inside the city walls, a stone’s throw from the station and a 5 minute walk to the centre of the city but in a quiet area away from the bustle of the tourist. It is fully equiped with everything you would need to self cater and close to local supermarkets to get supplies Full instructions sent on receipt of payment which were very explicit on how to get the keys and get to the apartment It includes a parking space which is an added bonus in the city and is easy to get into and out of. Very comfortable bed When there was a problem with the hot water the people at Stays were so helpful and sorted out the problem almost immediately Would fully recommend this for anyone who wants the benefit of a apartment whilst the ease of a central place

Lovely and clean flat in a great location to explore the city and further afield being close to the station and centre. The flat was clean and quite and it’s own parking space is a real plus. It’s not often you find a good central property in York with free parking! I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was an excellent find. In a new development and very high spec the interior was beautifully styled. Everything provided including a lovely welcome pack of goodies. The building was very quiet and right in the centre opposite the railway station .

Our first impressions were WOW! It's such a lovely apartment done to a very high standard. Everything was such high quality so it was a real let down to have the cheapest of cheap toilet roll. An antibacterial spray/wipes would've been very useful in the kitchen. Maybe ask for dietary requirements for the welcome pack, sadly we could only use the tea and coffee bags. Despite all that though, we did have a really great stay and would love to return. It's a very cosy and warm apartment, really comfy bed, lovely spacious bathroom with a lovely shower and there's a well equipped kitchen. It's very close to the City Walls walk and the city centre. Definitely recommend.

Spacious, comfortable, stylish and quiet apartment. Great location near the train station. Nice touch having a goodie bad upon arrival. It was hard to find the key from the lockbox despite knowing York well (instructions were geared toward someone driving a car) and the area pretty dark - reccomend Stays York provide better information and/or use what3words. 10am check out is too early.

This is a quality flat, beautifully presented and fully equipped. It oozes quality and luxury. Add that to the fact that it is just a few paces from the station, has a car park place and is just a matter of walking minutes away from the city centre means that this is a place hard to beat if you want to enjoy the delights of York. 5 star space in the best location. Eat out or in. This place has all options covered.
