The apartment benefits from an lovely external balcony complete with outdoor seating for 5. This gives great views over the River Foss and Clifford's Tower and is the perfect place to relax with a drink on your trip.

The main living area features luxury, white Italian leather sofas and large Smart TV with complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment. The dining area can seat 5 for dinner. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.
The master bedroom is a huge space features a zip and link bed that can be set as a super king or a twin. There's also a wall mounted TV and high quality fold out sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. This bedroom also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with over head shower.
The second bedroom of the apartment features a double bed and TV. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.

Good location near everything in York, parking, high quality furnishings
On arrival, instructions to gain access for parking permit, fob to access garage & room key all good. Easy access once inside to interior via key fob and either stairs or lifts straightforward. The apartment was well was clean and well equipped. One or two omissions ( we are 5 star AirBnb hosts in Devon so know what works for guests). We were glad it was summer, the heating control panel was a bit "techy" unless you lived here and were used to it. The "welcome" pack was lacking, a 2 Bedroom apartment , we had 3 guests booked and only 2 coffee bags? There was a percolator but no ground coffee bag to get us going ( the nearest Tesco is only 1 min walk admittedly) not much in the way of tea bags and little things like 3 or 4 different leftover pepper pots but no salt? 2 biscuits only provided. Also, we couldn't find a toilet brush...? The towels/bedding had quite a strong perfume odour ( we tend to stick with odourless liquids because of those with allergies) The re-cycling was very confusing and from observation it seems a lot of recyclables are being mixed with landfill, which is disappointing. The proximity of pub/restaurant outlets means noise from happy patrons can go though most of the night ( Saturday especially, it was The World Cup foootball at the time so understandable). However, very convenient for sight-seeing, all shops & restaurants etc/ University etc.
Another Great Stay at Ryedale House
Having stayed at Ryedale House previously, at a different apartment but still with York Stays, we were not disappointed. Again a lovely modern apartment with a river view this time. The parking and the convenience to the city centre are the selling points to us. We will be back again.
Excellent stay
Stayed at Ebor previously and always wanted to stay again but always booked up. Its so cosy and a welcome place to stay when in York.
