A three bedroom property that has been beautifully finished with your luxurious stay in mind, conveniently located near the town centre and stones throw from Amble Harbour. There is a stunning newly fitted kitchen including both dishwasher and washing machine, Bosch gas hob and retro fridge freezer which leads into the tastefully appointed dining room where the table comfortably seats six people next to the Inglenook fireplace.
The living room has been tastefully designed with two very comfortable sofas, all ready to settle down for a movie night or relaxing after a busy day at the beach.
Upstairs there are three sumptuous bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom, making sure that you are well rested and ready to go for your day visiting the coast and castles. If you find yourself wanting just to kick back and relax in this lovely house you can head to the courtyard for a coffee and a read, or a glass of wine and a bite to eat cooked on the bbq.

A great place to stay, easy access to the harbour and lots of restaurants. Amble is a great place to stay to explore all the beautiful beaches along the coast.

Shorethwaite was a lovely little house in the middle of the lovely town of Amble. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The house was welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Useful local info and walking distance to several nice restaurants and takeaways. A good base for visiting Northumberland.

Had a lovely week at Shorethwaite. It’s a really comfortable house that was left superhumanly clean for us.
Amble is a good spot from which to explore Northumberland although it sounds like we were a bit unlucky not to see the local dolphin pod! We particularly enjoyed being able to stroll to good local restaurants of an evening.

Lovely cosy house, ideal for 5, right near to the harbour in Amble.
House has been done up well, bathroom is a little tired, but lounge and kitchen are well done and bedrooms are clean, cosy and really comfy beds.
Area is easy to get to and lots of places to visit but need a car in the main. Nearby EV chargers (if you need one) in the harbour carpark.
Would definitely visit again.
