The School House is a modern apartment set within a grade II listed development. It offers a large light, bright open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, large seating area and, tucked away, a wonderful free standing roll top bath. The double bedroom is a mezzanine floor accessed via a spiral staircase, a unique feature of apartments in York. There is a also a separate bathroom with a walk in shower, which has been finished to a very high standard.
The living space is a fantastic escape from the City of York, where you can kick back and relax in the comfort of your own hideaway. The huge sofa offers acres of space to snuggle down into whilst enjoying a glass of something cold or watching your favourite movie on the smart TV. The fitted kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare a holiday breakfast or treat. The breakfast bar provides ample space for dining and there is the added luxury of a coffee machine. There is a complimentary gift pack which includes fresh ground coffee so there is no need to miss your morning brew!

The location of this was amazing, not far from anywhere, the property was so bright and gave us an insight of city life. It was perfect, we loved it! This is our second stay and we are already planning our next. It is a beautiful apartment - so comfortable and luxurious with everything you need and a wonderful treat pack on arrival. The location is perfect - very central yet really peaceful. It is a wonderful bolt hole at any time of the year and so cosy and comfortable to chill in Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As far as places to stay this place is absolutely stunning. By far the best apartment I’ve stayed in.
Location of the apartment is perfect for great restaurants & bars. (Be sure to visit the blue bell)

This was the first listing for York we found and we fell in love with it, so we booked it on a whim. So glad we did. The place is beautifully decorated and slap bang in the middle of York, close to loads of amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Watching Netflix from the bath was a particular highlight!
