The kitchen area features a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer electric oven, hob and built in microwave. There's a small pull down table for optional dining seating.
You can relax in the 2 lounge chairs provided in front of the wall mounted LCD TV. The apartment features a double bed and a separate shower room. There is also communal space on the ground floor complete with patio table for sitting out and enjoying a coffee.
Although there is no parking with the apartment, there are several streets close by where you can park for free. Just ask for details.

The house is ideal for the stay of two people. Very close to the center of York, spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, quiet and safe, easily accessible. The hosts willing to help although it was not needed since everything was fine. This is an excellent case of price for value. We strongly recommend it!!

The apartment was compact but very well equipped. Very clean and well presented. Great location just outside the city walls, a 5 minute walk into town with lots of nice bars and restaurants on the way. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Only gripe was an uncomfortable squeaky bed but otherwise I would absolutely recommend
Well located property for a decent price

The flat suited my needs pretty well and was in a prime location to travel around the city. The bed was comfortable and the little starter kit with tea and coffee was fab (a nice extra touch). Check in and check out details were mostly helpful, although the bins were a bit confusing, it might be helpful to have separated bins or bags inside the property to help with disposal. A more detailed explanation of the heating system would be beneficial but these were the only negatives to my stay.
