An amazing location and stylish interiors combine to offer a great stay in the city.
The elegant and quirky interior have been thoughtfully put together and make for a great base for business or leisure. There is a superb view over the River Ouse from the lounge making for the ultimate people watching spot from the chaise lounge. If river views aren't your thing then there's always the LCD TV and complimentary WiFi to keep you entertained. The lounge area also features a pull out sofa bed to accommodate the occasional extra guest.
The kitchen comes with everything you’d expect like a dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. It also benefits from a 2 seater breakfast bar style dining space.
The bedroom and bathroom are both stylishly presented. The bathroom has been newly tiled and features a shower over the bath.
The bedroom is tastefully presented and also has great river views. It also has the added benefit of a 'pop up' TV built into the bed for those lazy holiday mornings.
There is a digital parking permit with the property, which will allow you to park in any council run car park. The closest car parks are Nunnery Lane and Castle Car Park

Attractive apartment let down by the bathroom
The welcome hamper set a very positive tone for our visit. The living room, kitchen and bedroom were attractive and comfortable. The bathroom would benefit from a fittings makeover and resealing around the bath. The lighting cord was missing and the extractor fan didnt work. Windows in the flat were tricky to open and close. Flat centrally located although the quayside area is very noisy at night (we were there Thursday to Monday.) up until the early hours of the morning. We closed windows to reduce noise which meant it was uncomfortably warm. Overall its a fairly decent flat but not good value for the reasons above.
City break to York
Stayed for 3 nights. Location is excellent, so central to all the sights and the train station. Lovely aspect looking over the river. It would have been nice to be able to open the bedroom window, it gets very warm in the apartment. Overall, would recommend this apartment to anyone for a central stay in York.
ALL IS NOT GOOD
for one day , we didnot have hot water for one day no heating the management almost called me a liar about my complaints, though I called the emergency no. for immediate remedy, but no one turned up very unprofessional written answer given to me that they could not verify my complaints. never ever again any business with stay York
