Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss.
Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately feel relaxed and comfortable. The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating. There is a great smart TV set in a back lit unit which creates the most comfortable of atmospheres encouraging you to sit back, relax and let your holiday begin!
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. It also has the most convenient of breakfast bars, perfect for enjoying a meal cooked in the lovely kitchen, a coffee made in your own coffee machine or a glass of wine before heading off into York and all the delights that it has to offer!
The master bedroom features a luxurious king size The bedroom also benefits from having USB sockets near the bed and high quality carpet.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk in shower and Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures.
Complete with its own dedicated onsite parking space.

We had a really great time here. The secure parking was great as once parked up, the car was out of sight and the location was so convenient that we could walk easily to all the local sites. The accommodation was very secure, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great weekend break. Will certainly book again.

Beautifully presented, very clean, a great space, everything you needed was there, had a lovely hamper which was a nice surprise and a lovely touch. Located centrally so just a 2 minute walk to the centre. We WILL come back again next time we visit York. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed staying here for a few days while visiting York. The apartment was immaculately presented, as per the listing, and was very clean when we arrived. We were given clear instructions on how to gain entry and where to park, it was all very easy. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the city centre with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Delightful walks too, around the city walls and along the river. Would highly recommended this accommodation.

The apartment is gorgeous, looks exactly as the pictures if not better! Morwenna was very helpful in accommodating any requests and the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is perfect, you are within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions in York but still in a quiet area. I would recommend this apartment and we would stay here again next time we were in York!

Great central location and a modern clean apartment. Free secure parking spot is very useful compared to local hotels.
