This place is in a brilliant spot, close enough to wander into York city centre in just a few minutes, but tucked away somewhere peaceful and quiet. The views over the river are stunning and make it feel really special. The apartment itself is warm, cosy, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The DVDs, local guidebooks, and books about York are such a thoughtful touch and really added to the experience. Id thoroughly recommend staying here if youre visiting York. You wont be disappointed.
Excellent location, could do with a refresh
Great location and were met promptly, keys handed over with no issues. We visited this apartment several years ago and although clean, furniture and fittings are mostly as they were and require updating. The flood level when we visited was above dangerous but we received no information from Stays York either before or during our stay.
