The entire property has been fully renovated and features high end appliances throughout. The ground floor bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the first floor bedroom features a king size bed. Both bedrooms include spacious Chester drawers, hanging rails and fans to keep you cool during warmer months. The first floor bedroom also has a smart TV for relaxing evenings in.
The kitchen has been completed to a high standard, equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal prep a pleasure. The living area offers a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the smart TV.
The stylish bathroom on the ground floor features a modern walk in shower, complete with shampoo and body wash for your convenience.
Parking is included, though due to local restrictions, it is not directly in front of the property. We can electronically register your car in any York council car park, with the closest just a 5 minute walk away.

The perfect place to stay in York. The location is amazing - on Micklegate and close to loads of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. It overlooks a beautiful church so the views from the property are lovely. The property has been newly renovated to a really high standard and the decor is lovely. It’s really well equipped with everything you need - the hosts have literally thought of everything. The property is spacious and both bedrooms are a good size so there’s plenty of room. It’s a home from home, with the beautiful city of York on your doorstep. Compared to other places I’ve stayed in the city, this place is excellent value for money.
