Lovely appartment
Stayed for a week in this lovely appt. and hope to return. Some housekeeping issues reported and will hopefully be resolved for future guests. Worth noting it's an appt at the end of a long corridor (re carrying suitcases) and we were unable to find the outside rubbish bins.... probably needed a long walk around the buildings. Maybe a small map would help? But we shall return.
Disappointing Return Stay Despite a Lovely Apartment
I recently returned to this apartment after a pleasant first stay in May, but unfortunately this visit fell far short of expectations. While the apartment itself is modern and nicely presented, a number of issues made the experience uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi dropped repeatedly throughout the stay, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Even more concerning was discovering a pair of old womens underwear behind the towel heateran unexpected and unhygienic find that suggests housekeeping standards were not up to the level they should be. The heating was also extremely temperamental, often either not working properly or becoming too warm, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. This is particularly disappointing as my previous stay did not involve any such issues. Additionally, the bottom tray of the fridgeused for storing milkwas still broken, the same condition it was in during my stay in May. This indicates that maintenance concerns reported previously have not been addressed. Overall, despite the apartments modern appearance and potential, the lack of cleanliness and the recurring maintenance and comfort issues made this stay far less enjoyable than my first. I truly hope these concerns are taken seriously so future guests can enjoy the experience this property should be able to provide.

Had an amazing stay in the cocoa suite 46 for my partner 30th birthday! The place was modern, clean, tidy and weve none stop talked about how comfy the bed was!!! Definitely 10/10
