Welcome to the Cocoa Suites! This recently converted development exudes quality and makes for the ideal stay in York; be it a weekend getaway or a home from home on business.
The kitchen area features a stylish quartz worktop and LED strip lighting with a luxurious tiled finish underfoot. The dining area in the apartment features a bistro table with seating for 2. The living area offers the perfect opportunity to relax on the the comfortable sofa in front of the LCD TV whilst enjoying the stunning river setting right outside the window.
The apartment features 1 double bedroom that has been furnished to a very high standard, with luxury linen and bedding. The apartment has a fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a separate single fold out bed to accommodate the occasional extra guest in the lounge.
There is a parking permit for 1 car for the car park onsite included.

Great accommodation

It was good to find the apartment was nice and warm when we arrived. The entry arrangements were a little complicated as mentioned in earlier reviews but good to know the place is secure. So easy to get in to York on foot from the apartment. Supermarkets conveniently close. If you intend to cook whilst here, I would suggest bringing salt, pepper and an oven glove. Personally, I would have thought an oven glove to be essential for safety but none was supplied. Otherwise it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

A fantastic property, in a lovely central location. We loved being able to sit and relax watching the geese on the river outside the window, but we could be in the city in 5 minutes. Perfect!

We stayed in the same apartment last year so everything was familiar. Unfortunately, even though we booked for 3, the folding bed was not ready or made so we did that ourselves - this was an issue last year too. One other comment, it was impossible to make the water cooler in the shower, it seemed even at its lowest setting it was too hot, especially for a child. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

Beautiful apartment. Perfectly clean and stylish and in a convenient location. 5-10 minutes walk to city centre. Parking space is bonus too.

We had a fantastic break at Cocoa Suites 26. The apartment was gorgeous - really clean, very well appointed and in a fantastic location, just 5 mins walk to The Shambles. Parking space in a small, private multi storey next to the apartment block was great. Lots of places to visit within easy walking distance. Customer service from Stays York Ltd was great too. Would definitely stay here again if we return to York!

Lovely flat and handy location for town. Good customer service from the team (allowed us to have a slightly later check out which was very helpful with having a young baby). On check out you have to take bins out otherwise risk being charged extra. Bit disappointed in this and you dont expect to have to do so when youre on holiday especially as this is a professional letting, not Airbnb and standard checkout is 10am. Wed always leave the flat clean and tidy, but would have expected this task to be included in the overall price.

We had a great stay in this apartment - the location is excellent and it’s only a short walk over the bridge into central York. Secure parking in the private car park just 5 metres from the front door was a massive bonus. Thanks for having us!

Excellent and very relaxing visit with the accomodation first rate and good location. Stays York staff very helpful and all ammenities available. Recommended for any short stays in York for a chilled and stress free experience. We'll be back. A+ all round.

Once we got through the crystal maze of retrieving keys and permits and parking the car, we had an a lovely few days staying in York in an awesome Apartment over looking the river Foss. Everything you would need is in the apartment, it was warm, very comfortable, and was within 5 minutes walking distance of this amazing city. There was plenty to see and visit and lots of different quirky shops, as well as some amazing restaurants. We will definitely be making a return trip.

The location was not easy to find by car initially, even with GPS, but once we got there all our expectations were met. Its a short walk to town, quiet and yet very conveniently located if you want to drive out somewhere. Plus it has supermarkets across the road. The facility is very nicely done, blending the traditions of the building with modern furnishings. Overall, its lovely to be staying in a piece of York history.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location

We had a lively weekend visiting york and staying at 26 Cocoa Suites. The apartment was stylish and cosy will all the furnishings and items you could need. It was the perfect place to relax after a tiring day exploring the city. The river next to the window was a lovely treat, and the minster only a short walk away. The company were incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay with special birthday requests and on the day with checking in. The arrival hamper was a beautiful extra treat. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Fantastic stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Coco Suites are in a great central location for a city break in York. Check in and communication first class and lots of information available in the arrival pack if you have never visited this lovely city before. Parking is a real bonus, secure and so handy to leave the car for the duration of the stay as everywhere is completely accessible by foot! Everything exceeded our expectations and more! Pleasant, quiet, secure but within easy reach of all that we wanted to do. Very convenient location, close to the city sights yet quiet peaceful and secure. It was easy and pleasant to walk along the raised walkway beside the building and to cross the footbridge into York Centre. There is a small Coop in one direction and a large Morrisons in the other, all within about 6 or 7 minutes walk.

Fantastic apartment right on the City's doorstep. The location is fantastic and right on the doorstep of the city centre. Perfect for a short stroll into and around the city and the sights. Very comfortable and very well equipped apartment and secure parking too.
