A superbly presented studio apartment set just a stones' throw from York Minster.

The ground floor property is brand new and benefits from professional interior design throughout. There is also a fantastic 'L' shaped outdoor space with hanging chair and bistro seating for 2. Just perfect for summer evenings with a drink and a good book.

Inside the open plan layout of the bedroom and living area doesn't disappoint. All stylishly put together and topped off with a wall mounted LCD TV.

There isn't any parking with the studio but paid for parking is available very close by - please enquire for details.

We had a really lovely stay here this weekend. The apartment was really clean and the kitchen part was fully stocked with all the equipment you need. Was really surprised to find the apartment has a hair dryer and straightener to use as I had forgot mine. The location is perfect with the apartment being in walking distance of the city centre. The only thing missing is parking, but there is a long stay car park about a 5 minute walk away which was reasonably priced.
