Welcome to Apartment 112 @ Ryedale House - A superb 2-bedroom property that offers space and comfort.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core beside the River Foss. Apartment 112 is situated on the 1st floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the luxury of so much space. There is a seating area complete with a smart TV, an occasional chair and a wonderfully comfortable 3-seater sofa that is just waiting for you. It is a perfect area for you all to sit back and relax.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can comfortably sit everyone and is a lovely entertaining area.

The high-quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating.

The master bedroom features a sumptuous king size bed and also has an ensuite complete with underfloor heating and bath with overhead shower. The second bedroom of the apartment features twin beds that can also be made up as a double, providing flexibility to suit guests. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Both the bedrooms benefit from having USB sockets near the beds and high quality carpets throughout.

There is also a separate toilet just off the hallway.

The apartment has been beautifully finished and would be the perfect place for a family break or for friends who are looking to have a weekend at the races or just time out in fabulous surroundings to relax and just take your time to catch up.

SURPRISED BY THE SIZE OF APARTMENT.LARGE HALL,KITCHEN,AND BEDROOMS.PLENTY OF SPACE A LOVELY WELCOME PACK,NICE SUPRISE OF QUALITY ITEMS.[ THANKYOU] . NICE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT PROPERTY[,KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS].APARTMENT WELL DECORATED, NICE WARM APARTMENT MATTRESS TOO SOFT,CAN FEEL EVERY MOVE YOUR PARTNER MAKES,SPRINGS NOT GOOD SO NOT A DECENT SLEEP. NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR USED.PILLOWS GOOD,AND DUVET WARM. FEW DIRTY MARKS AND SCRAPES ON WALLS THROUGHOUT PROPERTY,COFFEE STAINS ON WALL IN KITCHEN,NEAR BIN. SOMEONE HAD TURNED SWITCH OFF AT HOT WATER BOOSTER,WHICH MEANT WE HAD NO HOT WATER ON OUR SECOND DAY AND WATER THEN WASNT HOT FOR TWO SHOWERS. WAITING 20 MINS ONLY GAVE ONE PERSON TEPID WATER TO SHOWER WITH. WASTED MOST OF OUR MORNING WAITING FOR WATER TO HEAT UP. SO SO ANNOYING CAN WE SUGGEST,HOOKS FOR BATHROOMS.OTHER APARTMENTS IN RYEDALE HOUSE HAVE ONE ON WALL AND DOOR IN BATHROOM,AND THE SAME IN SHOWER ROOM.THIS MAKES THINGS EASIER GREAT BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE TELEVISIONS,AND OF A GOOD SIZE [ .HOME FROM HOME ]

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryedale House. The unit was clean and quiet and a great location to serve as a base as we explored the city. We appreciated the amount of space and the furnished kitchen allowed to eat several meals in the apartment, rather than going out. We were within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and there are many great restaurants that are also close. The apartment building is clean and quiet with friendly neighbors, as well. We appreciated the parking options that were made available. The only suggestion is to include a fan, as it was quite warm while we were there. Overall, highly recommended.

We were exceptionally happy with the accommodation and service. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Communication from the company was excellent: clear, concise and very helpful.

We stayed in 112 for 3 nights, this is our second stay in this apartment and we would highly recommend it. Extremely comfortable beds, kitchen with every utensil you could need for a short break and a lovely gift bag with delicious local produce to get us started with basic necessities of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, crisps, chocolate etc Only thing that was missing was mini shampoo/conditioner/shower wash. We did have basic bars of soap left but that was all in both bathrooms. A hairdryer in the second bedroom would be much appreciated as four of us were sharing one hairdryer which wasn’t ideal when all trying to get ready at the same time. Only a very minor issue but thought it might be useful feedback. The location is just perfect for spending a few days seeing the sights of beautiful York and enjoying many great restaurants and pubs in the evenings. We will definitely return to 112. We have now stayed in a number of apartments in Ryedale House but 112 would be our definite favourite and works best for us as a family of four (parents with 2 adult sons).

This was our fifth stay in a Ryedale House apartment on our recent bi-annual trips to York from Scotland. Fife stays, five different apartments and never been disappointed. 112 Ryedale House is compact, very comfortable and very well appointed. Well equipped and provided with an excellent welcome pack of Yorkshie goodies. The bedrooms were very comfortable and ensuite bathrooms very clean. We will obviously be returning at some time in the future. The only inconvenience related to the smaller twin bedroom, when we were awakened each morning with the sound of gushing water followed 15 -20 minutes of dripping water from the bathroom of the floor above , This seemed to get worse as the week's stay progressed and each time the bathroom above was used. This was reported to the concierge of the building. This however did not detract from our overall stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Even though onsite parking wasn't available, the fact that a digital permit us provided was very helpful and meant that the car was only 5 minutes away . The location is excellent with many places to eat close by. The staff at the apartment block were friendly and helped us access the building when we arrived.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful apartment and it very much felt we were staying in our own home. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday break was provided. Great welcome pack was a nice touch providing great quality tea, coffee, biscuits and lots of other treats. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. Loved that we could watch tv as a family of 4 as so often this isn’t the case in rental properties. There was absolutely nothing that could’ve added to our stay, from booking, checkin to checkout communication with us was excellent. We look forward to our return in the future.

Excellent apartment, It has everything you need, it only needs new upgraded bed pillows and sheets. It will also be better with a king size bed in the main bedroom. Otherwise we had a great stay and hope to be back soon.

Brilliant apartment for 4 friends to spend a weekend in York. Apartment was lovely, really close to the city, really safe and felt brand new. Would recommend to groups or families as perfect for a few days getaway.

Modern, well-equipped flat in good central location in York and very close to nearest food store. Great to have the flexibility of one room as a twin. Decent welcome pack. Good kitchen equipment, but stingy with only 2 dishwasher tablets - they really should provide one per day of the stay. Very nice set of games, cards, etc included too. Good internet & Smart TVs in all rooms. Soundbar in living room was incorrectly connected, but I fixed that easily. Parking availability was very deceptive however - the descriptions & website indicated parking was "available", but after booking it turned out it was only in city council car parks over 200m away, and StaysYork staff were not really helpful describing locations or distances or offering the option of a space on site - the apartment complex has a large car park which was under half-full every day of our visit (but which we were not allowed to use). If I'd known this in advance, it would have been a deal breaker: Both StaysYork and booking.com should provide clear upfront guidance regarding whether parking is on site or not - for some travellers this is essential.

I rarely leave reviews but this place was exceptional. We booked very last minute as we were driving to York. We received a phone call from the hosts soon after, letting us know how to check in and arranging our car park permit. On arrival there was a lovely welcome hamper. The apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless. The decor is modern and the furniture was all very comfortable. I think they have thought of everything you might need. The apartment is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants and also close to all of the historic sights. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again.
