This lovely York property is situated in a quiet part of the City yet it is only a short distance to so many of the highlights. You are only a 6 minute drive to the world renowned York Racecourse, 10 minutes walk to York Minster, 6 minutes walk to Bishy Road, with all its Bars, cafes and Delis that are so popular and just a short stroll to the city centre of York with so many fantastic things to do and see.
The house has a beautiful cosy lounge to the front, with comfortable sofas into which you can settle down in front of the smart TV for a night in with your favourite movie and a glass of something lovely.
