Set within a stones throw of York city centre, this brand new duplex apartment is a fantastic offering that’s perfect for any length of stay.
The Quadrant is a brand new apartment development sitting just outside the historic city walls. Upon entering you will immediately pick up on the quality within the property and the subtle high-end touches throughout. The second bedroom has the flexibility of being able to have the bed set up as a super king or twin beds upon request. The room also features a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobes and dresser. The room also benefits from access to the balcony. The main bathroom in the apartment contains a huge walk in shower. There’s also a utility room on this level that houses the washer dryer.
