Great stay in an excellent location
First thing to say is that this is a stunning building, beautifully restored. The apartment itself is great, spread over four floors, okay for six although the top room is quite small and the second bathroom on the top floor is only a toilet and basin - only one shower/bathroom. The cinema room is great! And the location is perfect - ten minutes walk over the river to the centre of York and two minutes away from the excellent shops and restaurants on Bishopthorpe Rd.

Great location. Lovely furnished. Only thing I would change is shower a bit small . Would stay again but think it would be a bit of a squish for 6 people
Quirky & Cool & Location.
Lets get the only niggle we had out of the way which was no blind in the Velux top floor bedroom window, when daylight broke you was awake. The apartment is quirky, cool, comfortable and well appointed, high quality furniture etc! Parking was easy, the location to the town is great, lots of local pubs literally a couple of minutes walk .highly recommend this property and we most definitely would stay again!
