Nice well located place

Apartment is located in a good spot close to everything you would want to see. It is clean and well furnished although a set of drawers for storage would be a good idea. There is a kitchenette and a wine fridge but no actual fridge (again a good addition). As would be a sink as there is room. You should not that there are 3 steep flights of stairs which make carrying a large suitcase not the easiest job in the world. All in all, no real complaints for a 2 night stay.

Excellently decorated throughout, the owners have thought about the style of the rooms with good taste. Even though in the centre of York and amongst the shops, noise level was zero. A great bakery nearby for morning croissants prior to leaving. Would recommend as a central stay in York.

All aspects was fantastic. The location was right in the centre on the main high street. The room was clean, lovely and bed was comfy. Can not fault one bit. Can’t wait to go back and see another of the themed rooms Thank you guys

1) strong smell of damp in the accommodation from the moment we arrived 2) black hairs on the duvet 3) no kitchen sink to wash up - seemed odd to wash up cups in the bathroom with no washing up liquid 4) no bedside lamps 5) toilet seat too small for the toilet 6) the water from the shower wet the entire floor - understand bathroom may be a wet room but the utility stand won’t last long at this rate 7) coffee stains behind the dressing table mirror clearly visible when sitting in front of it 8) smoke alarm bleeped intermittently throughout our stay - when I flagged this to your office, the colleague suggested I climb up and disconnect it and go and buy a replacement battery 9) the guests directly above us were extremely noisy - not sure whether floor between the rooms are insulated well enough 10) other guests slammed doors late at night - perhaps they don’t close properly All in all some areas which need improvement.

It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location! It was walking distance to everything. It looked exactly like the photos and it was modern and beautiful.

<strong>Nice accommodation and a great central location for an overnight stay</strong><br /> The location was excellent. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was elegant and attractive. There was plenty of space and the bathroom was very nice with a good, powerful shower.<br /> <br />
