You'll struggle to find a better example of holiday let apartments in York. The properties at 21 Clifford Street have been developed to the highest of standards. The attention to detail is apparent as soon as you walkthrough the communal door. The building has been lovingly restored in recent years in a classic style with tiled floors and exquisite feature coving. Each floor can also be accessed via a lift.

Apartment 1 is one of the best (if not THE best) 3 bedroom properties in the city. In fact you’d struggle to beat it anywhere in the country! Upon entering the apartment you’re straight into the gorgeous and spacious kitchen area that epitomises the ‘wow’ factor. The main feature is a huge ‘island’ featuring granite work surfaces and a separate dining table to seat 6 for dinner. There is also a large range cooker and electric hob if you prefer to dine in.

On the same floor the lounge of the property can be found. It’s again very spacious and can comfortably seat 6. The lounge also leads out to a private outdoor seating area complete with furniture. A feature that’s almost unheard of in a property so central.

The downstairs area of the property features all 3 bedrooms. Each has a king size double bed with two of the bedrooms enjoying the benefit of a shower ensuite. The main bathroom of the property can also be found on this level. It has a separate shower and bath and also benefits from underfloor heating.

The property also has a lovely, quirky and fully usable wine cellar on the lower floor. Ideal for storing your bottles before they’re enjoyed!

The property comes with a parking permit for one car that can be used in the closeby Castle car park or St. George’s Field car park.
