This lovely cottage is tucked away in the village of Appleton Roebuck which is situated only a 15 minutes drive from the City of York - whether you want a weekend retreat, a base for exploring the Yorkshire countryside - with a 40 minute drive to Harrogate and a 20 minute drive to York - you will be ideally placed.
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms upstairs, with an en suite wc for one of the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with a smart TV, ideal for your comfortable nights in or a morning spent planning a trip out. A Kitchen with everything you need for your holiday breakfast or evening meal, a dining table for 4 and a wood burning stove, all there for you to create a wonderful space for family or friends. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate shower, this completes this lovely village cottage.

Very nice stay we.were at a wedding at Woolas Barn so very handy. as we are small my husband and I thought some of the mirrors were high up but everything else was fine and lovely and clean we didnt cook so cant comment on that and wouldnt have gone up the lane for parking would recommend it for anyone visiting the area Rosanne Black
