12 Scarborough Terrace sits just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and has the benefit of on street parking.
The property itself is stylishly presented throughout and certainly won't disappoint. Upon accessing the property you'll find a spacious lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, Smart TV and dining seating for 5.
It leads through to the kitchen that houses amenities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob and a washing machine. From here you can access the house bathroom that's tastefully decorated and features a contemporary bath with shower over.
The upstairs of the property features the master bedroom which is very spacious and features a king sized bed plus hanging and drawer space. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is tastefully presented, and there is a single sofa bed in the living room for a fifth guest.
For those not using a car, the property is also well placed for access to York railway station. You can essentially just walk there following the railway line past Grosvenor Terrace, Bootham Terrace and down past the edge of Marygate car park.

Travelled as a family of 3 for a weekend stay in York on the August bank holiday. Myself, my partner and our 10 year old daughter. We wanted a property that was a short walk from the centre. This property is a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the centre. It’s a lovely terraced property that has been tastefully decorated throughout. Gorgeous bathroom — with a lovely big bath — great for relaxing in after a day out in York. Two double bedrooms — both with large comfortable beds. Lots & lots of wardrobe space. Great kitchen! The property had everything we needed for our stay.
